Agricultural Engineering
The Diploma in Agricultural Engineering Department, established in the year 2021 as a specialised and special- purpose engineering application branch
in the field of modern Indian agricultural operations. This is one of the high- value asset
and commercially operating self-sustainable department in the Institute which approved
by Department of Technical Education (DTE), Government of Maharashtra, AICTE New Delhi and affiliated to MSBTE , Mumbai.
It nurtures the students to become a professional agricultural and food engineers who will be addressing issues of ethical and social impacts of agricultural engineering.
Department is consistently working through research & demonstration of innovative technologies of the verticals of soil-water conservation-irrigation-processing & harvesting technology
for agriculture produce-farm power & mechanization-IoT-Controlled farming-food linkages to achieve the targets of doubling the farm income and standardization of living of farming dependent stakeholders and youth..

The department also has "Departmental Library" for the departmental students having reference as well as
text books. The library also contains different reference project as well as seminar reports. The department
is also providing LCD and projector facility for the effective teaching.
Department focuses on making the student enough competent to get placed in well known companies. The
department arranges various expert lectures, educational visits for students. The
overall goal of the department is to make brilliant and dynamic students to meet the industry challenges.
