MIT Polytechnic, Rotegaon

The Gramudyogik Shikshan Mandal is a pioneering trust dedicated to education in technical fields, Late Shri. Anandrao Deshmukh, Freedom fighter of this region has founded this organization in 1975 solely to promote the technical education. The mandal has established various technical institutes at Aurangabad, Bulandshahr (UP), New Delhi and Rotegaon , a village in Aurangabad district. For upliftment of rural area karmayogi Hon. Dr. Y. A. Kawade sir established MIT Rotegaon and Prof. Munish Sharma made quantitative growth of technical education in rural area. He has shown a great concern in establishing well equipped Laboratories, Workshops and Training Centers with latest machinery and equipment.

As such with the sole aim of providing technical education to the students from rural area Marathwada Institute of Technology, Rotegaon (polytechnic) is established in the year 2006. MIT Polytechnic Rotegaon is recognized by Government of Maharashtra and All India Council of Technical Education, New Delhi and Affiliated to Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education, Mumbai. MIT Rotegaon has 45 competent and promising faculty members, 27 well equipped laboratories. Because of very effective interactions with industrial sector and government organizations, MIT is pioneer in establishing the triangular partnership among institutions, industry and Government organization.
